About this role
內場儲備領班（台中大遠百）-Woosa洋食鬆餅屋： 1. 控管食材選用及食材備料作業。 2. 控管原物料及進出貨的數量、每月盤盈損數據分析與改善方案。 3. 監督正職人員及兼職人員廚房教育訓練及落實店內SOP作業流程以維護出餐標準及餐點品質。 4. 現場營運控場、調配，緊急狀況排除，危機處理、設備故障排除、保養、報維修。 5. 具營運業績目標達成思維與溝通管理技巧。 月薪：45400元以上(依實際業務或工作執行情形核算)
