About this role

The Candidate

We are looking to appoint a highly organised, efficient and effective administrator to join our Administration team at the de Ferrers Academy. This role will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the Careers Department. It will ensure that administrative processes and routines are well established, enabling the Vice Principal with responsibility for careers to operate efficiently and effectively, while also providing wider administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of the academy’s careers provision.

The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to a high level of accuracy. They will have strong interpersonal skills allowing them to work well with all stakeholders.

Knowledge of Schools systems such as SIMS and Class Charts would be an advantage but not essential.

37 hours per week, 39.2 weeks per year.
