We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching practices. Demonstrates high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to raising achievement. Creates an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Builds positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues. Has excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning. Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress effectively. Foster a positive classroom culture where all children feel valued and successful. Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
