About this role
Hilltop Junior School are seeking a flexible, organised and enthusiastic person to assist with supporting all aspects of school administration, lead Breakfast Club operations and assist with Midday duties. This role includes:
providing administration support relating to after school clubs, breakfast clubs, school uniform, school meals, school trips, attendance and newslettersacting as a first point of contact for enquiries, visitors, contractors etc. including post and email distributionassist with unwell children, administering first aid or medication where requiredmaintaining accurate records on systems such as Bromcom, National College training platform, MIS systemsfinance administration, pupil admissions, fundraising and marketing, website administrationBreakfast Club and Midday duties
lead the operations, maintaining registers and ensuring fees are paidline manage Breakfast Club Assistantliaise with catering staff, prepare and serve breakfastassist children at mealtimes, leading activitiesprovide pastoral care and guidance, enforcing sanctions as appropriatemanaging midday duty rotasafeguarding of children, reporting any concerns Please refer to the full job description and person specification for this role.
