About this role

The role is ideal for candidates with a desire to support students from a diverse range of backgrounds and to be an excellent role model - making a real difference in our children’s lives, to help nurture young men and women of competence, conscience and compassion. Candidates will demonstrate empathy, excellent communication skills and work closely with students to ensure they develop self-discipline and adhere to our Code of Conduct. The successful candidate will work with individual students and small groups and with families and staff, will closely monitor behaviour and attitudes, and will deliver intervention programmes.
