Graduate Execution Trader — Futures & Options (Interest Rate Derivatives) London | Graduate | Full-time

SilverTide is a fast-growing agency brokerage in interest rate derivatives, working with some of the world's leading hedge funds. We build our own software and automation, and we're looking for graduates who want to learn the markets properly — on a desk, alongside traders who'll teach them.
What you'll do
• Help execute listed interest rate futures and options across global exchanges
• Manage order flow, including spreads and basic options strategies
• Learn to monitor delta and other Greeks, and read volatility and liquidity conditions
• Work with senior traders to deliver sharp execution for demanding clients
• Help improve our workflows and automation as you go
What we're looking for
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Maths, Engineering, Physics or similar
• Strong numeracy, real attention to detail, and genuine curiosity about markets
• Comfort with data and technology in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to cover New York hours (12–10pm London), with remote flexibility on late shifts
No prior derivatives experience needed — just the appetite to learn quickly.
