Blueprints is hiring a Supervisor for Connecting Children and Families (Kinship Support)
Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Social Work or related field.
The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, contractual requirements, and Blueprints policies and procedures. This position supervises and supports staff performance, promotes professional development and training opportunities, assists with budget oversight, and works to enhance service quality and program outcomes. The Program Supervisor plays a key role in resource parent recruitment, certification, and retention, while collaborating with quality improvement initiatives to strengthen program effectiveness. Additionally, the role ensures continuity of services through staff coverage planning, crisis intervention, and the supervisor on-call rotation to support program operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as scheduled.
