We’re looking for an experienced and passionate senior support worker (internally known as a residential team leader) to join our dedicated team at Branas Isaf Children’s Services, part of the CareTech Group – one of the UK’s leading providers of therapeutic care and education.

What You’ll Need:
Minimum 12 months’ experience in a children’s residential care settingQCF Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent) – essentialExperience leading or supervising teamsFull UK manual driving licence – essential (rural location)Willingness to work long days, sleep-ins, weekends & unsociable hoursAble to be part of the on-call management rota. What You'll do:
As a residential team leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people to achieve their potential and thrive within a therapeutic, structured and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example to support and develop your teamPromote positive routines, structure and behaviourAct as a key worker and mentor to young peopleSupport care planning, reviews and reportingFoster a safe, stable and caring home environmentLiaise with multi-disciplinary teams and familiesNew staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.
