We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to oversee daily process operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our production environment. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, process standardisation, safety compliance, and team performance.
Main duties and responsibilities
Supervise and support Process Technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operationsCoordinate closely with the Maintenance Team to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performanceChampion all Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) matters, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standardsLead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiencyDrive quality-first initiativesConduct root cause analysis on process deviations, non-conformances, and performance gapsDrive and maintain 5S workplace organisation standardsPromote and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the teamProvide training, coaching, and ongoing support to ensure process standardisation and best practicesMonitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environmentPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience is essentialStrong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma principles advantageous)Experience conducting root cause analysisSolid understanding of HS&E standards and practicesExcellent communication and coordination skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesAbility to drive change and influence teams positively What we offer
