What you’ll be doing as a Senior Deal Strategy Manager, APAC
JFrog is looking for a high-impact Senior Manager of Deal Strategy to serve as a strategic commercial architect and trusted advisor to our APAC Sales organization. In this critical role, you will partner with Sales Management to navigate large-scale, complex, and non-standard commercial structures, ensuring seamless execution while driving revenue growth. You will act as the central nexus between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, building scalable frameworks that empower our leadership to make rapid, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced global environment.
In this role, you will...
Serve as a strategic advisor to APAC Sales leadership, providing expert guidance on complex pricing, commercial terms, and deal architecture. Collaborate with Account Executives to engineer commercial models and financial strategies for key strategic accounts. Act as the subject matter expert on revenue compliance and sales policies, advising teams on creative yet compliant contract solutions. Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations to resolve complex billing, legal, or revenue recognition hurdles. Analyze deal trends and discounting patterns to optimize commercial performance across the APAC territory. Vet and refine escalation requests to ensure senior management focus remains on the most critical strategic priorities.

What you bring to the table...
8+ years of leadership experience within a Sales, Deal Strategy or Strategic Finance function. MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Deep expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR), revenue recognition principles (ASC 606), and the lead-to-cash lifecycle. Proven track record supporting high-growth enterprise software sales organizations. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership. Strong business acumen paired with superior analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Customer-facing experience with the ability to articulate complex financial structures and principles clearly. Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative, and strong attention to detail Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively during high-volume cycles.
