You will bring your full experience and technical expertise to consolidate the development and acquisition of the company's knowledge related to the various processes used by our subcontractors (Dispersions, extractions, fine chemistry, biocatalysis…). You will be responsible for process improvement and cost optimization. Your missions will cover process design, problem solving, process optimization, process analysis, and project management. French: Au sein du département technique, vous jouerez un rôle d’expert dans la mise en œuvre et le dimensionnement des procédés que nous utilisons pour la fabrication de nos ingrédients. Vous apporterez toute votre expérience et votre expertise technique afin de consolider le développement et l’acquisition du savoir de l’entreprise relatifs aux différents procédés utilisés chez nos sous-traitants (Dispersions, extractions, chimie fine, biocatalyse…). Vous aurez la charge de l’amélioration des procédés et de l’optimisation de leurs coûts. Vos missions couvriront le design du procédé, la résolution de problèmes, l’optimisation des procédés, l’analyse des procédés, la gestion de projet. Responsibilities: English: Participation in and deployment of the Group's EMEA industrial strategy (projects & budgets) Collaborate with the various departments to carry out the industrialization of new references: Identification of the necessary tools, subcontractors, standards, and certifications Process development from pilot scale to industrial scale Establishment of the cost based on the business plan Participation in drafting the specifications Anticipation and organization of scale-ups / Process changes / Risk analyses / Continuous improvement: supervise the testing phases and process development with updates to the corresponding specifications. Research techno-economic solutions to optimize production costs Collaboration with the various territories to harmonize processes and establish contingencies Management and analysis of process data to identify trends and propose continuous improvement solutions Training of production teams on new processes Technology watch and evaluation of new processes for existing or future raw materials French: Participation et déploiement de la stratégie industrielle EMEA du groupe (projets & budgets) Collaborer avec les différents départements pour réaliser l’Industrialisation des nouvelles références : Identification des outils, sous-traitants, normes et certifications nécessaires Mise au point du procédé du stade pilote au stade industriel Etablissement du prix de revient en fonction du business plan Participation à la rédaction du cahier des charges Anticipation et organisation des montées en échelles/ Changement de procédés/analyses de risques/amélioration continue : superviser les phases de test et élaboration des procédés avec mise à jour des cahiers des charges correspondants. Rechercher des solutions technico-économiques pour optimiser les couts de production Collaboration avec les différents territoires pour harmoniser les procédés et établir des contingences Gestion et analyse des données de procédé pour identifier des tendances et proposer des solutions d’amélioration continue Formation des équipes de productions aux nouveaux procédés Veille technologique et évaluation de nouveaux procédés pour des matières premières existantes ou futures Requirements: English: Holder of a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, you can demonstrate at least 5 years of professional experience in the process industry. Curious and passionate about processes, you are or wish to be versatile across engineering disciplines. Solid knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies. Autonomous, proactive, organized, methodical, and dynamic, you enjoy working as part of a team. Ability to work in project mode: defining needs, objectives, and resources, planning and monitoring task and budget progress, measuring the achievement of objectives, and prioritizing. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. C1 level in English and French Regular travel required 10-15% (mainly France & Europe). French: Titulaire d'un Bac +5 (génie des procédés, génie chimique...) vous pouvez faire état d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans dans le secteur des procédés. Curieux et passionné par les procédés, vous êtes ou vous souhaitez être polyvalent dans les métiers de l’ingénierie Solides connaissances des techniques d’optimisation de procédés, du lean manufacturing, des méthodologies six sigma Autonome, proactif, organisé, méthodique et dynamique vous appréciez le travail en équipe. Travailler en mode projet : définition des besoins-objectifs-ressources, planification et suivi de la progression des tâches-budgets, mesure l’atteinte des objectifs, priorisation.
