Production Planning and Control Executive Job Title: Production Planning and Control Executive Experience Required: 5-6 years Industry: Manufacturing / Production Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control teams to optimize workflow. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment. Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards . Address production bottlenecks and make data-driven decisions to enhance productivity. Prepare reports on production performance for Planning Manager. Implement quality control measures to meet product standards. Required Skills: Production Planning Software (ERP, SAP, etc.) Supply Chain Management (Sub-con process) and inventory control Process Optimization and lean manufacturing practices Data Analysis for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement Project Management and cross-functional collaboration Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting Quality Control and compliance management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Operations Management, or a related field . Proven experience in production planning and control within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Excellent organizational and time-management abilities .
