Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self Compliance to Syngene’s quality standards at all times Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals. Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time. Key Responsibilities: • Perform robust chromatographic method development using HPLC, GC, LC MS & GC MS etc. • Perform analytical activities using instruments such as HPLC, GC, LCMS, GPC, NMR etc. • Plan and perform method verification experiments with accuracy, reproducibility, recovery/high purity • Prioritize the samples such that there is less no. of backlog samples, monitor samples to avoid duplication • Manage small group of analysts • Keep tracking the progress of the team member and Lab needs • Review LNB and make sure the Lab compliance • Perform calibration of instruments, preventive maintenance of systems on a regular basis and document the reports. • Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety. • Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company Experience: 10 - 15 years Qualification – M.Sc.
