We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inhouse Senior Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner This individual will lead the recruitment lifecycle for Japan, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top-tier talent across diverse functions. Partnering closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders, this role will drive strategic recruitment initiatives, deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, and implement innovative strategies to meet business needs and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process within the designated region, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and timelines, driving urgency and efficiency Direct sourcing and pipelining of high-quality talent pools using social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking tools Ensure a seamless candidate experience, consistently communicating the organization’s culture, value proposition, and business growth strategy Recommend and implement innovative recruitment ideas and strategies that contribute to business outcomes and continuously improve processes Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR leaders, and senior leaders, to align recruitment strategies with business objectives Develop and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, such as search firms, vendors, and industry networks, to enhance recruitment outcomes. (optional) Champion initiatives to create diverse candidate pipelines and ensure equitable hiring practices, fostering an inclusive culture Lead special projects, including the assessment and implementation of best practices in Talent Acquisition processes Provide meaningful recruiting metrics to demonstrate productivity, highlight value to the business, and identify improvement areas Provide training to HR colleagues and hiring managers on recruitment best practices, tools, and ATS processes Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced team members, fostering a high-performance culture Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, or related field At least five years of recruitment experience within high-volume, international (optional) environments (in-house, agency, or RPO) Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, networking, and candidate assessment Experience leveraging competency-based interviews and other assessment tools Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as SAP SuccessFactors, including data analytics and reporting Strong ability to influence stakeholders and align hiring decisions with business needs Experience working within remote global teams and matrixed organizations is a plus Fluency in Japanese and English (business proficiency); additional languages are a plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decisions at all levels Expertise in sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills Equal Opportunity Employer: Dentsply Sirona is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
