Overview Manager, Collectibles at Crocs Inc., manages product assortments across footwear, Jibbitz™, and accessories, translating category strategy into compelling, executable products. This role partners with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, Licensing, Marketing, and external partners to move concepts from ideation through launch. The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts, commercial thinking, and an understanding of pop culture and collector behavior What You'll Do Product Assortment & Creation: Manage seasonal assortments, product briefs, line plans, and product drops in alignment with brand direction, consumer insights, and business goals. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams. Balance creativity, commercial viability, and operational feasibility across footwear, Jibbitz™, and accessories. Partner with external partners to develop exclusive collectible products across categories. Business, Licensing & Go-To-Market: Partner with Merchandising and Planning on SKU architecture, pricing inputs, and lifecycle management. Support licensed and collaborative products, ensuring accurate IP translation and compliance with legal, licensing, and brand standards. Partner with Marketing, e-commerce, and Retail to support launches, campaigns, and collector-focused storytelling. Team Collaboration: Serve as the day-to-day product point person for Collectibles and build strong relationships across global and regional teams. Provide guidance to junior team members and bring structure, agility, and clarity to a fast-moving category. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, product development, or an equivalent area. 5+ years of experience in product management, merchandising, or product development, preferably in collectibles, footwear, accessories, toys, or categories passionate about popular culture. Experience managing multi-category assortments, product calendars, and cross-functional execution. Solid understanding of collector communities, fan engagement, and limited-edition product dynamics. Highly organized, analytical, collaborative, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication abilities; ability to travel as needed. Have a proactive approach and eagerness to solve problems. Be open-minded to varying degrees of feedback and input from collaborators and leaders. Experience with global entertainment, sports, or lifestyle licensors and familiarity with collectibles, footwear or accessories product creation. Title: Manager, Collectibles Salary or Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000 Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
