Job Purpose Support field operations by delivering safe, reliable, and efficient technical services for TechnipFMC equipment across customer locations. This role plays a key part in maintaining equipment performance, minimizing downtime, supporting customer needs, and ensuring operational excellence through quality execution and accurate documentation Job Description Installs, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools) Handles customer comments, requests and complaints Provides sales support ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the job Completes Field Service Orders (FSO) and Field Spare Parts Tickets (FSPT) and accountable for the timely submission of these and other revenue generating documents Assures all quality issues and documentation (equipment and procedural defects) is communicated and sent back to Company's Service Management Completes field documentation after the completion of each service job Provides Project Support as required, handles project issues as they arise which eliminates downtime Prepares and completes safety related documentation. Pursues safe work practices. May mentor or instruct less experienced team members and/or customers in and out of the field Location: Odessa, TX Frequent travel to customer locations across West Texas, including overnight stays as required by operational needs. Work Schedule: Day or Night Shift | 28 Days On / 14 Days Off Rotation You are meant for this job if: High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma Minimum 3 years of experience in field service technician role Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following fields: electrical; surface equipment; hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment and tools; structural steel Ability to read and understand drawings Able to perform moderate complex calculations Ability to use and understand technical tools and instruments and perform basic troubleshooting Knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted internal business processes and procedures Experience working in oil and gas completion operations and customer locations Knowledge of pressure control equipment, frac operations, and wellsite safety practices Experience with troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems Understanding of maintenance management systems and equipment documentation requirements Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and digital reporting systems Experience working with service quality, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis processes Previous experience training, mentoring, or leading less experienced technicians Knowledge of company HSE standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations Skills Communication Teamwork Adaptability
