Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for managing the Group contract database to ensure group driven contracts are cataloged, stored, and maintained, with access carefully monitored to safeguard confidentiality, as well as, monitoring contractual amendments and changes requested by OpCos / subsidiaries, coordinating with the relevant category teams. Is also responsible for tracking all ongoing contracts and reporting any major activities such as contract expiration to the CM team. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures. Job Responsibility Manages the Group contract database to ensure group driven contracts are catalogued, stored and maintained, with access carefully monitored to safeguard confidentiality Monitors contractual amendments and changes requested by OpCos / subsidiaries, coordinating with the relevant category teams Provides legal and contractual support for Group category teams in negotiating and finalizing supplier contracts (e.g., terms and conditions, supplier liability, etc.) Communicates relevant contractual information to category teams (i.e., contract expiration dates, service level agreements) Job Responsibility (cont.) Years of Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related discipline Nature of Experience Prior experience in SC operations, and contract management in telecommunication industry Prior experience in SC or in shared services including extensive experience with a strong focus on contracts management Prior experience in a large organization of similar size and scale Prior experience within the ICT industry will be an advantage Job Band Sr. Professional Skills Analytical ability Excellent contract management skills Strong negotiation skills Strong relationship and vendor management skills Knowledge of relevant external service providers Knowledge of the external SC context Education Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering Masters Degree in Business Administration or Engineering Additional Education Certifications Contract Management Professional (CMP)
