We are currently seeking a Warehouse Officer to join our Supply team at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine. Reporting to the Superintendent: Supply , this site-based role operates on an 8/5, 4/4 FIFO roster . We offer direct flights to site from Perth and Kalgoorlie , with the position based at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine . About the Role Goods issuing and receipting using the SAP Supply system. Undertake daily reviews of spare parts holdings and update end users on availability. Provide a high level of service to Warehouse and Supply customers at the service counter and across site, maintaining strong working relationships with end users. Assist with accurate stocktakes of all inventories on a weekly basis. Assist with the preparation of warehouse items for plant shutdowns. Load and unload trucks as required. Prepare inbound and outbound road and air freight. Conduct deliveries across site. Safely operate forklifts, including loading and unloading vehicles, and reconcile deliveries against manifest items. Maintain general housekeeping standards. About You People are at the heart of everything we do. We want you to collaborate with us, share your ideas and feel confident to challenge the status quo. You’ll bring a strong mix of technical know-how and practical experience to the team. To be considered, you should have: Previous experience in a supply or warehouse environment on a mine site, working on a fly-in fly-out (FIFO) roster. Sound written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills, and a good level of computer literacy. Experience in the transport, storage and handling of dangerous goods. A strong desire to succeed, with a demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and teamwork. A self-starter with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Minimum two years' experience using SAP, including the Materials Management Module, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel). Current Forklift Licence (LF) and WA High Risk Work Licence. Current WA driver's licence, with a minimum MR or HR unrestricted licence. Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance. Existing and ongoing permanent work rights in Australia (mandatory).
