Bombardier’s Benefits Program With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following: Insurance plans (Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more) Competitive base salary Retirement savings plan Employee Assistance Program Tele Health Program What are your contributions to the team? • Receive, revise and analyze any quality escape from our suppliers (Disclosure Letter) and initiate the proper activities with our stakeholders. • Coordinate and manage the containment actions with our internal stakeholders (Quality, Engineering, Methods, Logistics, etc) involved in the quality escapes • Lead weekly Product Integrity governance • Present to management new Disclosure Letter and provide update when required • Prepare, update and present to leadership the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • Create non-conformance report for issues coming from supplier How to thrive in this role? • You hold a college or university degree in a field related to mechanical, aerospace, structure or equivalent. • You have at least five (5) years of working experience in a regulated field of activity in one (or more) of the following functions: Quality, Engineering, Methods • You can work with minimum supervision from home and on-site • You are a strong team player, self-motivated, and demonstrate initiative as well as leadership and good interpersonal skills. • You can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • You possess negotiating skills • You are rigorous in monitoring. • You possess knowledge of aviation regulations. • You are proficient with the Microsoft Office 365 suite. • You possess good oral and technical writing skills in English. French and Spanish are assets. • You possess knowledge of project management concepts (an asset) • You have experience in manufacturing, inspection or assembly of aircraft component an asset.
