What YOU will do: The Talent Pipeline Recruiter shall be responsible to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources leadership team for developing and executing strategies that attract apprenticeship, internship, trainee, and entry-level talent through educational institutions, military transition programs, workforce development organizations, and community partnerships. This position requires frequent travel to recruiting events, schools, and strategic workforce development partners throughout the United States. In This Role, YOU Will: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with high schools, career and technical education programs, trade schools, colleges, universities, workforce development organizations, military transition programs, and community partners to support talent acquisition initiatives. Serve as the primary recruiting contact for apprenticeship, internship, trainee, and other early-career talent programs. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire apprentice, intern, trainee, and entry-level talent nationwide. Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment activities, career fairs, hiring events, classroom presentations, open houses, site tours, and other talent attraction initiatives. Conduct regular travel to support recruiting events, educational partnerships, military outreach programs, workforce development initiatives, and industry conferences. Build, maintain, and develop talent pipelines and talent communities to support current and future workforce needs. Promote ST Engineering career opportunities and represent the company through educational partnerships, military outreach efforts, workforce development programs, professional associations, networking events, and community engagement activities. Screen, interview, assess, and recommend candidates for apprenticeship, internship, trainee, and entry-level opportunities. Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and selection process. Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and reporting data. Partner with hiring managers, Human Resources, and business leaders to identify workforce needs, staffing requirements, and succession pipeline opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, and external partners to support recruiting campaigns, employer branding initiatives, campus marketing efforts, social media engagement, and community outreach activities. Coordinate internship, apprenticeship, and trainee program logistics, including onboarding, participant engagement, and program support activities. Support scholarship programs, workforce grants, educational partnerships, and other workforce development initiatives designed to strengthen talent pipelines. Analyze recruiting effectiveness through pipeline metrics, conversion rates, hiring outcomes, partnership performance, and workforce development program results; recommend continuous improvement opportunities. Maintain current knowledge of labor market trends, educational pathways, workforce development programs, military transition initiatives, and recruiting best practices. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. What YOU Need: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Three (3) years or more of recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, sales, business development, educational outreach, or closely related experience is required. Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, including overnight travel throughout the United States. Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, workforce organizations, military programs, business leaders, and community stakeholders. Excellent presentation, networking, public speaking, and communication skills. Experience coordinating events, career fairs, outreach activities, or workforce development programs preferred. Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, social media recruiting, and Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license. DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS: Good understanding of recruiting principles, workforce development programs, candidate sourcing methods, interviewing techniques, employment practices, and talent pipeline development. Experience developing educational partnerships, community relationships, and workforce development initiatives preferred. Strong networking, relationship-building, presentation, organizational, and communication skills are required. Ability to work independently, manage multiple recruiting initiatives simultaneously, and professionally represent the company in public-facing environments. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems preferred. INTERPERSONAL ENVIRONMENT: A high level of interpersonal skills is required to develop and maintain effective relationships with students, educators, workforce development professionals, military transition representatives, community organizations, hiring managers, employees, and leadership. The ability to communicate professionally and effectively with individuals at all organizational levels is essential. PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT: Requires mobility throughout office, production, training, educational, and event environments. Requires regular local, regional, and nationwide travel to educational institutions, career fairs, military installations, trade conferences, community events, and recruiting functions. Must be able to transport recruiting materials, displays, and event supplies up to 25 lbs. Requires frequent standing, walking, presenting, and interacting with large groups.
