To learn more about Trulieve and our mission, please visit www.trulieve.com Requisition ID: 21053 Remote Work Available: Yes Job Title: Senior Regional Engagement Manager- PA / GA / WV Location: Remote Department: Market Role Summary: The Senior Regional Engagement Manager will lead regional engagement strategy across assigned markets, overseeing teams responsible for community outreach, patient acquisition, physician engagement, strategic partnerships, educational programming, and experiential activations. This leader will manage field-based engagement teams while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, Compliance, Public Relations, and Operations to drive awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and business growth. The role requires a strategic and energetic leader capable of developing scalable programs, building high-performing teams, and fostering meaningful relationships with community stakeholders, healthcare providers, and key partners. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop engagement teams across assigned states and markets. Execute regional engagement strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and community engagement initiatives. Develop community partnerships, sponsorships, and outreach programs. Manage regional events, activations, educational programs, and partnerships. Oversee regional performance metrics, reporting, and KPI tracking. Analyze results and provide recommendations to senior leadership. Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation. Ensure regulatory compliance across all activities. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Compliance, PR, and Retail. Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and community organizations. Travel throughout assigned territory to support teams and initiatives. Support physician outreach and healthcare provider relationship development in medical markets. Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with clinics, certifying physicians, advocacy organizations, and healthcare partners. Balance community engagement, patient education, and healthcare provider outreach strategies across assigned states. Adapt engagement programs to varying state regulatory environments. Experience balancing physician outreach and community engagement initiatives. Experience working across multiple markets and regulatory environments. Strong partnership development and stakeholder management skills. Cannabis, healthcare, alcohol, or other regulated industry experience preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's preferred. 10+ years of experience in community engagement, field marketing, physician relations, business development, or related leadership roles. 5+ years leading regional or multi-market teams. 3+ years managing managers or team leads. Proven experience developing and leading high-performing teams. Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation. Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and influence stakeholders. Experience working within regulated industries preferred. Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned territory.
