Treasury Systems and Compliance Manager Based in Budapest Purpose of the role The Treasury Systems and Compliance Manager is responsible for supporting system implementations and process administration in Treasury. The role also involves managing bank compliance matters, project management for treasury initiatives, and ensuring efficient reporting and process mapping to identify and address weaknesses. Support with various mailbox management and ad hoc queries Effectively managing 2 team members and align with peers in a fast-paced envirnment Experience 3–5+ years of work experience in a multinational corporate environment, 1-3+ years relevant treasury and payments experience Experience in treasury operations is an advantage Hard skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good knowledge of payment systems, single bank platforms preferable but not essential Education Bachelor's or Master's degree Language Fluent English (both written and spoken) Skills and competencies Dynamic personality with a proactive and positive attitude Highly technical mindset with a focus on resolution Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Highly numerate, analytical and attention to detail is crucial Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands Flexibility and team working skills When applying, please only provide valid information regarding your educational background and certificates, as the original documents will be requested during the hiring process.
