Senior Data Analyst/ Business Analyst The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senion Data Analyst/ Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance data models that serve as the single source of truth for our enterprise-wide reporting and analytics. You will bridge the gap between our complex data infrastructure and business intelligence needs, enabling stakeholders to make data-informed decisions quickly and confidently. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis : Collect, cleanse, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources to generate actionable insights and recommend process improvements BI Reporting : Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, MIS reports, and KPIs using modern business intelligence tools Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document clear and comprehensive business requirements Data Integration : Connect to multiple data sources (SQL Server, Oracle DB, APIs, etc.), perform complex transformations, and establish efficient data loading patterns Change Management : Contribute to Change Request projects, supporting development, testing, and implementation activities Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of hands ‑ on experience in data analytics and business intelligence, ideally within banking, insurance, or financial services Proven track record of managing and delivering projects over 3+ years Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and optimization Solid understanding of data warehouse (star/snowflake schemas, dimensions, and fact tables) Skilled in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for data visualization and reporting Experience with Python for data analysis and automation is an advantage Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
