YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the security of operations in support of legal teams Complete administrative formalities for both country-specific and international scopes. Manage requests for official documents (e.g., translations, passports, Certificates of Company Registration) and document legalisation. Handle consumer reports and pre-litigation/litigation cases. Handle DSARs from GDPR and UK GDPR requests. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, articles of association, and minutes. Conduct legal monitoring and communicate updates. Support the efficiency of operational teams with their legal issues Communicate legal teams' best practices. Formalise and digitalise processes to improve efficiency. Provide legal responses to operational issues (e.g., stores, CLT team, marketing communications). Assist operational teams in managing disputes (small claims disputes, insurance claims). Train operational teams to raise awareness of legal risks and foster autonomy on basic legal matters. Ensure Administrative Compliance Follow processes for signing and archiving legal documents (e.g., NDAs, corporate operations). Ensure proper archiving. Manage billing. Update administrative tools (e.g., hyperlex, docusign, governance). Ensure the updating of registers for share movements and general meetings. THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience navigating UK and/or IE legislation and litigation. A business/commercial law degree is required, and basic knowledge of the GDPR and UK GDPR is welcomed. A genuine passion for sport, wellness, or movement in any form. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to delivering outstanding internal customer service, a solution-oriented attitude, and a collaborative mindset. A proven track record of handling sensitive, confidential data with absolute integrity. Comfortable navigating change and evolving processes in a dynamic environment. Curious by nature with a mindset focused on continuous learning. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Hybrid Working: This role requires the successful candidate to work on-site at least three days per week in London hub (Surrey Quays).
