The Impact You'll Make At Danfoss, you’ll play an important role in helping customers get the most from our refrigeration solutions. As a Technical Support Assistant , you will be a trusted point of contact for technical guidance, product support, and warranty-related inquiries, helping customers keep their operations running smoothly. Based in Osasco, Brazil (on-site) , you will work closely with customers and internal teams to solve technical challenges, support product applications, and deliver a customer experience that reflects the quality and innovation behind the Danfoss brand. Your contributions will directly influence customer satisfaction, product performance, and long-term customer relationships across the region. What You’ll Be Doing Provide technical guidance on Danfoss refrigeration products and applications to help customers resolve challenges efficiently. Support product commissioning activities to ensure successful implementation and reliable operation. Manage warranty-related requests and product allocation processes to deliver timely customer solutions. Investigate application and product inquiries to identify effective solutions and improve customer outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless and high-quality customer service experience. What We're Looking For Technical education in Refrigeration , completed or currently in progress. Ability to understand and solve technical and application-related customer questions. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Intermediate English communication skills. Strong customer focus, organization, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
