General Information We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The primary focus of this role is leading the administrative execution and recruitment support for our 2027 Co-Op hiring cycle. Working closely with HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team, you will drive candidate coordination while delivering core administrative support across employment, onboarding, personnel files, and employee initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities Primary Focus: 2027 Co-Op Recruitment Support Serve as the main administrative coordinator for the 2027 Co-Op hiring cycle. Schedule high-volume interviews and coordinate logistics across hiring managers and candidates. Post, update, and track job requisitions across internal and external career portals. Lead ongoing candidate communication, ensuring a prompt, professional, and seamless experience. Prepare and draft accurate offer letters and onboarding packages for selected candidates. Attend and represent the company at university career fairs and local recruiting events. HR Operations & Administrative Support Assist with onboarding activities and administrative setup for new hires. Maintain electronic and physical personnel files, including scanning, filing, and verifying documentation. Assist the team with routine compliance checks and personnel file audits. Support employee events, team initiatives, and site-wide internal communications. Serve as a customer service point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with internal ticketing system submissions. Manage administrative tasks such as submitting tickets, HR office supply ordering, and special HR projects as assigned. Your Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Must have a 2.5 GPA or higher and maintain a 2.5 GPA. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, especially with interview scheduling and records management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset. High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee and candidate data. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
