Job Overview The Senior Manager, Human Resources is responsible for leading the Group’s people development, employee engagement, and organisation development initiatives to strengthen organisational effectiveness and workforce capability. This role plays a key part in enhancing the employee experience, leadership capability, workforce readiness, and organisational performance across the Group. Partnering closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners, the incumbent will help foster a collaborative, high-performing workplace and equip employees with the skills and capabilities needed to support the Group’s future growth and evolving business needs. Responsibilities People & Leadership Development Formulate and execute Group-wide people development strategies and capability frameworks aligned with business priorities. Design and facilitate leadership programs, coaching, and management development initiatives to strengthen leadership effectiveness and pipeline. Employee Engagement & Experience Lead the employee engagement strategy, overseeing employee listening initiatives (surveys, focus groups) and translating feedback into actionable improvement plans. Drive recognition programs and partner with HR teams to enhance the end-to-end employee lifecycle and workplace satisfaction. Wellness & Wellbeing Develop and oversee comprehensive wellness programs (physical, mental, emotional, and financial) to promote a healthy, supportive, and inclusive workplace. Internal Communications & Employer Branding Execute internal communication strategies to strengthen organizational alignment and awareness of key people initiatives. Drive employer branding efforts by promoting employee success stories, development opportunities, and workplace achievements. Learning & Capability Development Drive enterprise-wide learning solutions (classroom, digital, experiential) to address current and future capability gaps. Oversee learning technologies, evaluate program effectiveness (ROI), and manage external learning partners. AI Adoption & Workforce Capability Lead learning initiatives to build digital and AI competencies across the workforce. Collaborate with business and technology teams to embed AI tools, new ways of working, and improve overall productivity. Organisation Development Partner with business leaders on OD initiatives, including team development, change enablement, and organization design. Drive continuous improvement in people practices to enhance cross-team collaboration and organizational effectiveness. Analytics, Governance & Project Management Establish metrics and analyze workforce data to generate actionable insights and management reports for senior leadership. Manage budgets, external vendors (consultants, wellness partners, tech providers), and ensure compliance with Group governance standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications or certifications in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Coaching, Organisation Development, or related disciplines are highly advantageous. A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial exposure to learning and development, leadership development, employee engagement, and organisation development. Proven experience leading organisation-wide people initiatives within sizeable and complex organisations. Demonstrated track record of successfully partnering with senior business leaders and managing multiple stakeholders. Experience in digital learning, workforce capability development, and AI-related initiatives is highly preferred. Deep knowledge of modern people development, employee engagement, and organisation development practices. Strong capability to manage complex projects, influence stakeholders at all levels, and drive organisation-wide initiatives. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling internal messaging. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to translate workforce data into actionable insights. Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset. Highly comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving business environment.
