Job Summary: The Manager, System Repair and Test leads the repair and RMA operation, overseeing the team and processes that diagnose, repair, and return server, storage, and system-level hardware. The role owns throughput, quality, and turnaround time while partnering with engineering, supply chain, and customer support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage daily repair and RMA operations from diagnosis through rework and final test. Lead, schedule, and develop the repair technician team. Own repair metrics: turnaround time, yield, scrap rate, and cost per unit. Drive root-cause analysis on recurring failures and close the loop with engineering and quality. Manage spare parts and component availability to protect throughput. Maintain work instructions, repair documentation, and ESD and floor-safety compliance. Coordinate escalations and priority units with customer support and account teams. Qualifications: 5+ years in electronics repair, RMA, or manufacturing operations, including 2+ years managing a team. Strong board-level and system-level troubleshooting ability. Track record owning operational metrics (yield, turnaround time, cost). ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience for tracking repair workflow. Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong cross-functional communication, with experience coordinating across engineering, supply chain, and customer support. Salary Range $100,000 - $135,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
