Location: EMEA About the Role The Project Controls Lead SCM is responsible for leading Supply Chain Management (SCM) project controls activities across assigned EMEA projects and programs. The role provides oversight of SCM cost and schedule performance across procurement, manufacturing, inspection, testing, logistics, and delivery activities. Working closely with SCM and Project teams, the position ensures accurate forecasting, reporting, and integration of SCM performance into overall project controls. Key Responsibilities Lead Project Controls activities for the SCM scope across assigned projects and programs. Develop, maintain, and monitor SCM cost and schedule baselines. Review and analyze Primavera P6 schedules, including logic, critical paths, progress, and forecasts. Validate cost and schedule data, including actuals, commitments, and forecast performance. Provide SCM inputs for project forecasting, reporting, and integrated scheduling. Analyze performance trends, variances, risks, and opportunities, supporting mitigation and recovery plans. Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and reports for SCM and Project leadership. Support continuous improvement of project controls processes, tools, and reporting across the EMEA portfolio. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Experience 10+ years of Project Controls experience in Nuclear, Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction, or other complex project environments. Experience with cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and performance reporting on large-scale projects. At least 5 years supporting highly complex projects valued above $100M. Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, including schedule development, critical path analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM). Preferred Certifications PMP, PMI-SP, Oracle Primavera P6, AACE PSP, EVP, EVMP, or PRINCE2. Skills Advanced Primavera P6 expertise. Strong knowledge of cost control, forecasting, EACs, and variance analysis. Experience with EVM and integrated project controls. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of SQL and experience with Power BI is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex project environment. Why Westinghouse?
