As a SAP Supervisor will be responsible for a team of SAP professionals performing configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Project Systems (PS) within our multi-system landscape. This is a hands-on role. The SAP Supervisor will need to have a detailed understanding of SAP PS, including integration with project-oriented manufacturing and resource planning. Additionally, the SAP Supervisor must understand integration with other SAP modules, especially FICO. You will report to the SAP Technical Center Manager. You will work in hybrid mode with 2 days at the office. Responsibilities: Coordinate all change requests for the SAP processes. Lead discussions with the SAP Project Systems team, business process owner and Business Relationship Managers to prioritize change requests and identity tester(s) for each request. Signoff on all requests before moving to production. Lead workshops to explore, define, and document requirements with global business representatives. Write blueprints, business process flows, requirement documents, important decision documents, and functional specifications for new/changed requirements. Direct the team to investigate, analyze and communicate requirements of business processes to provide knowledge required for systems development and problem resolution. Responsible for the planning, design and implementation of system-based business process enhancements. Review SAP designs and operations for export control risks. Complete configuration, unit testing, and integration testing of all enhancements on time and budget to meet our needs. Work with the business to resolve system issues and increase use of the system. Provide backup and supplemental support for other SAP modules. Advise on processes based on past experiences and best practices. Maintain solution documentation in Solution Manager. Perform and coordinate functional and security testing using Quality Center. Help with small projects, cutover plans and go-live preparations. Evaluate new functionality in future releases and determine impact on existing functionality. Understand security and associated roles including export control as applicable to the solution. Liaison with development and security personnel to implement enhancements and corrections. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field 8+ years of SAP experience with SAP Project Systems (PS) Hands-on configuration and user experience in SAP Sales & Distribution, Logistics and Global Trade Services Experience with delivery processing (Pick, Pack, PGI), inventory and warehousing processes are required. Ability to set up processes surrounding movement and transfers, replenishment, put-a-way, shipping, packing, and handling unit management are required. Knowledge of SAP security roles as it pertains to Logistics. Experience with Resource Related Billing is a plus. Experience with Customer Service (warranties and repairs) is a plus. Experience with export regulations such as ITAR, EAR, and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty is a plus. Experience in the nuclear or controlled material industry is a plus. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve deep seated technical issues. Experience with SAP development procedures and processes (change control, job scheduling, development methodologies, system landscape, application development, and back-up and recovery, etc.) Experience with S/4 HANA is a plus. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 17,000 to 21,225PLN gross per month.
