Summary Responsible for the day-to-day commercial management and execution of assigned key accounts, ensuring delivery of sales, distribution, inventory, in-stock and promotional objectives. The role will identify growth opportunities, translate commercial plans into execution, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results. The KAE will work closely with the Key Account Manager to execute the account strategy while taking ownership of the operational and commercial performance of the assigned accounts. Responsibilities Manage customer relationships and annual business plans. Coordinate and follow up on promotional execution, ensuring alignment with commercial plans and measuring results. Monitor sales, profitability, distribution and assortment KPIs including Sell In, Sell Out, inventory, DOH, Fill Rate, OOS, Distribution and promotional performance. Partner with Supply Chain/CPFR to improve forecast accuracy, order planning, inventory levels and product availability. Support customer meetings, business reviews, insights, actionable recommendations and identify growth opportunities in distribution, assortment, shelf execution and identifies risks. Ensure compliance with commercial policies and customer commitments. Collaborate with Operations, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field. 3-5 years FMCG sales experience. Fluent English proficiency.
