Digital Account Manager – OEM We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager (DAM) to join our OEM Team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering profitable growth across the portfolio of assigned customers and prospects. This includes coordinating all relationships and business opportunities to effectively deliver value to the customer for sustainable growth. Customer interactions will primarily occur through digital channels with in-person meetings as needed. Key responsibilities: Build and develop long-term customer relationships, manage quotations and contract negotiations, and collaborate with technical experts to deliver customer-focused solutions Expand relationships with existing customers, explore new business opportunities, and expand the customer base. Develop and implement business plans for assigned customers, supporting sustainable growth and accurate sales forecasting. Act as a trusted advisor for the assigned market segment, collaborating with regional teams to support success. Promote SKF’s digital solutions, support customers with tailored solutions, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and visits. Lead the coordination and review of customer contracts, including price negotiations and margin evaluation. Collaborate on marketing and promotional activities, including industry events, trade fairs, and customer communications. Participate in cross-departmental projects and process improvement initiatives. Coordinate with internal and external interfaces, create pricing bases, and prepare quotations for customers. Maintain customer master data in CRM systems What we expect from you: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a similar commercial role, preferably within digital sales or account management. Bachelor's degree or higher Solid sales and negotiation capabilities, combined with a solid understanding of digital solutions and customer needs. Good command of English (B1 level), both written and spoken. Customer-focused and commercially minded, with good communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experienced in using digital sales tools, platforms, and data-driven approaches to support business growth.
