You will define the structure, design principles and quality standards for training content, ensuring a consistent and engaging learning experience across classroom, digital and blended formats. Working closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders, you will transform complex technical, operational and commercial information into clear, learner-focused content that delivers measurable impact. Your responsibilities will include developing learning materials that support onboarding, technical development, professional growth, compliance and role-based learning journeys across the business. Together with training-delivery and operational teams, you will continuously evaluate learning effectiveness, using feedback and insights to enhance content quality and improve learner outcomes. By managing the complete content lifecycle, you will ensure all learning materials remain accurate, accessible, compliant and aligned with evolving business priorities, products and processes. What makes us successful together You hold a qualification in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Education, Organisational Development or a related discipline, or you can demonstrate equivalent professional experience. You have proven experience creating and managing high-quality learning content across technical, operational, systems and behavioural development topics, with experience leading teams and multiple projects simultaneously. You bring strong instructional-design expertise and are confident using modern authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise or Adobe Captivate. You have excellent stakeholder-management skills and can translate complex information into engaging and accessible learning experiences. Experience with learning management systems, learning experience platforms, localisation, branding, tone of voice management, value-proposition training content or agile ways of working would be advantageous. You can effectively manage multiple content-development projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. You are creative, curious and solutions-focused, with exceptional attention to detail. You enjoy building relationships, influencing stakeholders and finding innovative ways to improve learning outcomes.
