Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive, Projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years sales background, good communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering Time Management: Prioritize tasks and meet sales target Customer Relationship Management: Good communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships. Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Building & Construction, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in related industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Proficiency in MS Office and Autocad software. Fluent in English, Chinese and other dialects.
