Global Quality Training Specialist Ambu is looking for a Global Quality Training Specialist to join our Innovation site in Augsburg, Germany. If so, this could be the opportunity for you. As part of our Global Quality Training team, you will help drive the development of quality training across Ambu. You will work at the intersection of learning, quality, systems, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring employees have access to engaging and effective training that supports our global Quality Management System. This is a unique role that combines training administration, learning technology, and instructional design. You will contribute both to the operational side of training delivery and to the creation of future learning solutions. Over time, the role offers increasing opportunities to shape new training concepts, develop learning content, and support strategic quality initiatives. You will join a small and dedicated global team where collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement are at the heart of how we work. While your closest team members are based in Denmark, you will be located in Augsburg and work closely with colleagues across multiple functions and countries. We offer a hybrid working setup with 3 days per week in the office in Augsburg and 2 days working from home, providing flexibility while ensuring strong collaboration with local colleagues and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will include: Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving global quality training programs and curricula for employees across Ambu. Supporting stakeholders in designing effective learning solutions, including e-learning, blended learning, and other training formats. Acting as a trusted advisor on instructional design principles, learning methodologies, and quality training best practices. Managing and optimizing training processes within the Learning Management System (LMS), while supporting global initiatives aimed at strengthening and modernizing Ambu's training landscape. Creating and maintaining training content, supporting strategic projects, and helping ensure an engaging learning experience for employees worldwide. Providing guidance and support to LMS users and collaborating with colleagues across Quality, IT, People & Culture, and other business functions. You are likely to be successful in this role if you have experience in Learning & Development, Training, Quality, or a related field, ideally within a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automotive, aerospace, or another environment where quality and compliance play an important role. You have experience creating training materials and understand how people learn. You are familiar with instructional design principles and enjoy transforming complex information into practical and engaging learning experiences. Experience with methodologies such as ADDIE or similar frameworks is an advantage. You are comfortable working with Learning Management Systems, ideally SuccessFactors Learning or a comparable platform, and have used content authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, iSpring, or similar solutions. Most importantly, you enjoy combining creative work with administration. You are structured, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while collaborating with stakeholders in different locations and time zones. Since your manager and closest team members will be based in Denmark, you should thrive in a remote and international working environment. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required Experience or interest in the use of AI for learning and development is considered a plus.
