We’re a global high-tech company that will challenge you and help you grow. SALES & MARKETING CO-OP This co-op position is for students majoring in Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, or Finance. This position provides an opportunity to learn the business of a premier commercial vehicle supplier from various perspectives within the company. A co-op in this position will report to the Sales Operations Director and frequently interface with leadership and staff from Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and Corporate Communications. Sales Operations Seeking Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, Finance, or Business Administration/Management majors of any class standing. Prepare and analyze detailed sales reports Assist master data account team Support and administer customer loyalty program and customer relationship tool Provide meeting support and assist with coordination efforts Manage customer inquiries and monthly metrics Customer Solutions Seeking a Marketing major or minor of Junior/Senior standing. Develop marketing content that will be used to support product launches and other key initiatives Conduct primary and secondary research and use data analytics to support current and future business efforts Conduct customer surveys and prepare analytical reports based on results Assist product demonstration team in experimental marketing efforts ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Currently attending an accredited college or university 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher Proficient in understanding databases and analyzing data Excellent organizational and communication skills Resourceful and organized Self-motivated and enthusiastic with strong people skills Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, professional environment Proficient in Microsoft ® Office Tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint GENERAL INFORMATION Hours and Location: 40-hour work week on-site in Avon, Ohio Pay Rate: $16 - $21/hour (contingent upon credit hours) (20 miles west of Cleveland) Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems • 35500 Chester Road • Avon, Ohio 44011 • 440-329-9000 Become part of our team!
