L’équipe SAP Données et analytique de Deloitte Canada est à la recherche d’ un(e) conseiller(ère) principal(e) spécialisé(e) en planification et analyse étendue (xP&A) pour aider nos clients à transformer leurs capacités de planification, de production de rapports et de prise de décision grâce aux technologies SAP. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez avec des organisations de premier plan dans divers secteurs afin de concevoir et de mettre en œuvre des solutions intégrées de planification et d’analytique reposant sur SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP IBP et SuccessFactors. Services-conseils d’affaires et fonctionnels Animer des ateliers clients afin de recueillir et documenter les besoins d’affaires. Traduire les besoins d’affaires en solutions xP&A évolutives. Appuyer les initiatives de transformation liées à : la planification financière et l’analyse (FP&A); la planification des effectifs; la planification des ventes et de la demande; le calcul du coût de revient; l’analyse de la rentabilité et des marges; la planification des investissements; la modélisation de scénarios et les prévisions continues. Conseiller les clients sur les meilleures pratiques SAP et les processus de planification de pointe. Conception et livraison de solutions Concevoir et déployer des solutions de planification avec SAP Analytics Cloud Planning . Configurer les modèles de planification, dimensions, règles d’affaires, actions de données, répartitions et flux de travail. Développer des tableaux de bord, rapports, récits analytiques et tableaux de bord exécutifs. Concevoir les intégrations entre les systèmes SAP et non-SAP. Appuyer la modélisation de données dans SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA et SAP S/4HANA. Participer aux discussions d’architecture de solutions et de conception technique. Livraison de projets et leadership Diriger des volets de travail et assurer la gestion des livrables. Encadrer les consultants et analystes au sein des équipes de projet. Participer aux méthodes de livraison Agile, incluant la gestion du carnet de produit, la planification des sprints, les essais et les déploiements. Gérer les relations clients et agir à titre de conseiller de confiance. Contribuer aux propositions, démonstrations de solutions et initiatives de leadership éclairé. About the team Vous travaillerez étroitement avec les équipes d’affaires et les équipes technologiques afin de livrer des solutions innovantes en planification financière, planification des effectifs, calcul du coût de revient, analyse de rentabilité, planification des ventes et planification opérationnelle. Enough about us, let’s talk about you 4 ans et plus d’expérience dans l’implantation de solutions SAP d’analytique, de planification ou d’EPM, avec participation à au moins deux projets complets de planification. Expérience pratique avec SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA (ou SAP BW) et SAP S/4HANA Analytics. Solide compréhension des processus FP&A, de la planification d’entreprise, de la modélisation de données, des prévisions, des scénarios et de l’intégration de données SAP. Expérience dans un environnement de services-conseils avec animation d’ateliers, gestion des parties prenantes et interaction directe avec les clients. Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent; la certification SAP Analytics Cloud est un atout, tout comme les certifications SAP Datasphere ou SAP BW/4HANA. Maîtrise du francais et de l’anglais obligatoire pour les missions auprès de clients bilingues. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
