Mission Your mission will be twofold: to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of existing analytics and reporting solutions, and to support the design and implementation of new data projects that transform information into actionable insights for informed decision-making. This role acts as a technical and analytical reference, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to support Compliance needs through high-quality data solutions. What your responsibilities will be Analytics & Reporting Operations Maintain, optimize, and evolve data systems and Business Intelligence platforms that support Compliance activities. Administer, update, and maintain dashboards and reporting models, primarily in Power BI, ensuring accuracy, usefulness, and consistency of information. Guarantee data integrity, availability, and consistency across reporting flows, ensuring day-to-day operational continuity of critical systems and on-time delivery of internal and regulatory reports. Technical Implementation of Data Projects Support end-to-end technical implementation of data initiatives, including the design of pipelines and ETL/ELT processes (data extraction, transformation, and loading). Design, document, and maintain automated data ingestion and transformation processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate new data sources, ensure compatibility with existing architecture, and implement technical improvements. Manage and resolve data- and reporting-related incidents promptly to minimize operational impact and ensure system quality and resilience. Reporting & Communication Prepare and present periodic reports on Compliance performance, including program KPIs, Risk Profiling status, training metrics, and operational indicators, providing executive-level summaries and detailed operational views. Publish and maintain reports in Power BI (apps, subscriptions, alerts), implementing appropriate access controls and row-level security. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical outputs into understandable insights. Maintain data catalogs, technical documentation, and operational manuals, supporting Data Governance practices and user training on Analytics & Reporting tools and processes. University degree (second-cycle studies / licenciatura or equivalent). 2 to 5 years of proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting-related roles. Advanced English level, enabling effective communication in an international environment. Proven knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage incidents and drive continuous improvement. High degree of autonomy and proactivity, with the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards. Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant information. Strong orientation to results, quality, and timely delivery, particularly in regulatory and compliance-related reporting contexts.
