What you will do Analyze ceded and assumed reinsurance business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation Facilitate workshops and discussions with business, operations, finance, accounting, actuarial, and IT stakeholders Gather, document, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs Perform fit-gap assessments and recommend optimal solutions aligned with business objectives Support implementation and configuration activities within SAP Reinsurance Management Define and document functional specifications, business rules, process flows, and solution designs Analyze integration requirements between reinsurance platforms and upstream/downstream systems Support data migration activities including data analysis, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover preparation Develop test scenarios and support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities Investigate and resolve functional production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of integrations, reports, conversions, and enhancements Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders Support business development initiatives, solution demonstrations, and proposal activities Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to the continued growth of msg global's reinsurance practice What we are looking for Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in reinsurance consulting, business analysis, software implementation, or operational support Strong understanding of ceded and/or assumed reinsurance processes Experience implementing, supporting, or enhancing reinsurance software platforms Experience with SAP Reinsurance Management, Duck Creek, Effisoft WebXL, PrimaXL, Sapiens, DXC, or other reinsurance administration platforms Candidates with strong reinsurance implementation or support experience gained on non-SAP reinsurance platforms are strongly encouraged to apply. Training on SAP Reinsurance Management will be provided as needed. Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional solution design Experience supporting data migration, data conversion, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives Experience analyzing and documenting system integrations and interface requirements Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-production support activities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and within international project teams Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Fluent in English Ability to travel up to 80% Must be legally authorized to work in United States without employer sponsorship Nice to have Experience with SAP Reinsurance Management Knowledge of SAP integration with FI-GL, FI-AR, FS-CD, FPSL, PaPM, or related SAP solutions Experience in reinsurance platform replacement or transformation programs Knowledge of reinsurance accounting and financial reporting processes Knowledge of US statutory reporting requirements including Schedule F and/or Schedule S Experience working with APIs, ETL tools, data integration frameworks, or cloud integration platforms Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools Experience working in global delivery environments Knowledge of Lloyd's, LORS, bordereaux processing, or delegated authority operations Master's degree or MBA What we offer A place where individuals are equally valued and where diversity and cultural differences are cherished. The salary range for this position in the US are $95,000 to $155,000. Individual salaries within this range is determined by multiple factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, education and knowledge. The salary range is not inclusive of the generous discretionary bonus that is also part of the full package.
