Could you be the full-time Fleet / Asset Maintenance Planner of the Riyadh Transit System in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your operational planning and coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside highly collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and agile handover and handback of trains between the operation and maintenance teams, maintaining consistently high fleet availability to meet contractual requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as RST Planning, Operations & Maintenance, and external partners like Hitachi, while ensuring compliance with local and state regulations and much more. You’ll specifically take care of coordinating train handover and handback activities, but also ensure accurate fleet availability reporting. We’ll look to you for: Ensuring effective train handover and handback operations, including documentation and communication. Maintaining accurate and timely Daily Fleet Availability Reports. Supporting service requests and work order compliance, ensuring all train requests are linked to approved documentation. Enhancing coordination between maintenance teams and operations to ensure efficient train allocation and utilization. Supporting maintenance execution to contribute to fleet reliability and availability. Minimizing delays and operational disruptions through proactive stakeholder engagement. Experience or understanding of fleet planning, maintenance coordination, or asset management. Knowledge of operational procedures and compliance requirements in transit systems. Familiarity with data management systems and reporting tools. A certification in project management or asset management is a plus. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
