As an Underground Nipper & Truck Operator, you will play a vital role within the crew, supporting experienced Jumbo Operators while developing your skills in a hands-on environment. This position is Townsville Residential ONLY, suitable candidates must reside in Townsville and be available to do DIDO/BIBO to site. Responsibilities Assist Jumbo Operators and underground crews in daily mining operations Operate underground trucks to safely and efficiently haul materials Conduct pre-start inspections and report faults or maintenance issues Follow strict safety procedures and site protocols at all times Work collaboratively within a skilled and experienced team Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values What You’ll Bring Ability to work in a physically demanding and challenging environment Previous experience working in a labour-intensive role Previous experience operating large machinery (Agricultural, Earthmoving) - Advantageous Strong safety focus and ability to speak up A team mindset and reliable work ethic Commitment to contributing to a positive culture Valid manual (C class) Australian driver’s licence - Mandatory Why Macmahon?
