This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains safe and organised storage areas, and provides timely supply of goods to minimise downtime and support continuous site productivity. Responsibilities Lead daily stores operations, prioritising tasks and supporting the team. Manage inventory, SAP transactions, and stock discrepancies. Maintain stock accuracy through stocktakes and inventory control. Coordinate purchasing and material supply to minimise downtime. Ensure safe warehousing, material handling, and compliance standards. Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values Mentor teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture What You’ll Bring Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or mining site stores Ability to effectively lead a team in a safety-focused environment, ensuring compliance, productivity, and strong team performance Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote or FIFO environment Good communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills SAP experience Experience with MS Office (Outlook/Excel) High Risk Work Licence (LF – Forklift) Experience operating an ITC (desirable) Why Macmahon?
