Full-time permanent role The role Manage and develop the project support hub team, building capability through recruitment, engagement, performance management and training. Oversee the coordination and delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to required standards. Manage escalations and act as a key point of contact for specified operational teams, ensuring effective communication and project handovers. Build and maintain good relationships with operational and senior stakeholders. Establish, monitor and manage team KPIs, targets and performance standards. Continuously improve project support processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee knowledge management, ensuring critical knowledge is built, maintained, shared and applied globally. Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, accountability and effective performance. Strengthen client centricity by identifying customer needs and helping create positive customer experiences. Ensure clear ownership handovers in line with RACI, avoiding gaps or duplication across teams. Uphold professional integrity, internal procedures, legislation and continuous professional development. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, including risk management, appropriate controls, training, resources, performance monitoring and corrective/preventative actions. What you bring Leadership and team management skills, along with the ability to expand team capacity and cultivate a productive workplace culture. Experience in project support, coordination or administration, particularly across multiple teams or workstreams. Effective stakeholder-management and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders. The ability to manage performance against KPIs, targets and established standards. A forward-thinking approach to improving processes and operational efficiency. Effective knowledge-management and knowledge-sharing capabilities. A client-centric approach, with a focus on understanding and responding to customer needs. The ability to establish clear accountability and manage effective handovers between teams using defined processes and RACI principles. A clear commitment to professional integrity, compliance and continuous professional development. An understanding of health and safety responsibilities, risk management and the importance of creating a safe working environment.
