The company is a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC. Job Responsibilities Configuration and installing new printers, copiers, digital duplicators. Install/Update copier management software such as Toshiba embedded applications. Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers and digital duplicator machines. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning copiers Writing diagnostic reports and training manuals. Person Specifications Minimum NVQ level 3 in the Technical field from a recognized institute.
