Job Summary Responsible for supplier management for base/preferred suppliers. Request For Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, contract mgmt. Analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmark, spend etc. Responsible for supplier management in line with strategy, process and KPIs for assigned suppliers. This is a permanent position based in Lahore, Pakistan. What you will do As Senior Buyer, you will: Identify suppliers, drive sourcing and contacting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies Drives compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process. Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation. Participates in target setting, follow up and corrective action Ensures correct usage of relevant tools Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner Shares good practices and facilitate networking on site Supplier Performance Evaluation: Monitor supplier performance, including delivery performance, quality of goods, and adherence to contractual obligations. Address any performance issues and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions. We believe you have Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a buyer or procurement professional in a manufacturing or industrial environment and Corporate Services Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships. Solid understanding of supplier management principles and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using SAP and ARIBA Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
