This individual is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence, ensuring a positive resident experience while maintaining scalable, effective housing processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Create a welcoming and supportive environment for employee residents by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries via phone, email or in person. Respond to StarRez (housing database) account questions, manage maintenance requests, ensure confidentiality as well as timely resolution and resident satisfaction through case management system. Coordinate resident communications, including move-in/move-out updates, failure-to-depart cases, property notices, and fostering positive resident relationships. Oversee occupancy management by processing bookings, room changes, and check-in/check-out activities while maintaining accurate financial resident records in the StarRez system. Support the enterprise safety culture through awareness of the Housing EAP and ability to support and or coordinate during key weather events Ensure compliance with housing policies, including Emotional Support Animal (ESA) process and legal documentation related to resident license agreements and other housing documents. Manage key process, parking assignments, and key/code issuance while conducting audits and tracking process. Facilitate move-in/move-out coordination, including preparing check-in packets, conducting inspections and managing personal property left behind. Have a frequent onsite presence at housing locations and perform regular building inspections, address maintenance needs, and facilitate vendor access for repairs and cleaning. Prepare and maintain accurate records for occupancy, deposits, and housing audits while identifying and supporting operational initiatives. Completes other tasks as directed and assigned Job Requirements: High School Diploma 1+ years’ experience in Guest Service related position(s) Software system maintenance and training Data management Proficient computer skills, especially Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. StarRez or other room management software programs experience preferred Preferred Skills: Excellent Guest Service and multi-tasking ability The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr.
