Key responsibilities include: Supporting medium-sized client engagements/ leading workstreams and day-to-day client delivery Assessing Business, Digital or IT current operating models and developing the case for change Using data and insights to develop robust clients recommendations Delivery Model Maturity Analysis, identify service improvement opportunities and implement industry standards and best practices Design and implementation of a target IT operating model Client reporting, workshop facilitation and proactive management of client stakeholders Your Skills and Experience Previous experience in the Consulting sector (Manager equivalent role in other consulting firms) Contribute to value proposition and new opportunities Operating Model Design Organisational Design Service Design or Service Architecture Value Stream Mapping and Process Redesign Roadmap and business case development Project and Programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches Understanding of technology and AI trends and how they are affecting strategy and IT operating models Additional Requirements UK mobility with regular client‑site engagement Security clearance (SC / BPSS), or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance Benefits Pension Scheme - contributions matched up to 10% Private medical cover Income Protection Life Assurance 25 days paid leave + National Holidays Flexible benefits program Diversity & Inclusion As a Disability Confident employer, we encourage applications from all applicants, especially, differently abled applicants.
