We are looking for a Senior Strategic Recruiter to join our Global Strategic Hiring team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, leadership, and business-critical positions across multiple geographies. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives, developing innovative talent strategies while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior, leadership, executive, and hard-to-fill roles. Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. Develop strategic sourcing plans and talent-mapping initiatives for critical skill areas and leadership positions. Build and maintain pipelines of high-caliber passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market intelligence. Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, competency-based interviews, and executive-level screening discussions. Provide market insights, talent intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders. Lead offer management and negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Drive recruitment excellence through data-driven decision making, pipeline management, and process optimization. Contribute to strategic hiring projects, employer branding initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, strategic hiring, or talent acquisition. Proven track record of successfully hiring senior leaders, executives, or highly specialized talent. Strong expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics and market data. Experience working across international markets and diverse business environments is an advantage. Fluency in English.
