YOUR ROLE Do you have experience in administrative work? Well, you may be the Administrative Worker we are looking for. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Conducting administrative work, like: updating workstation instructions/H&S guidelines/forms Participating in internal and external audits. Completing and updating environmental data Coordination of documentation Preparing reports for operational needs and for the client Records of fixed assets, introducing changes to the files conducting scrapping processes and inventory of fixed assets Conducting process of handling complaints and returns WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Secondary education is welcome, MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel) Communicative English level Warehouse work experience is welcome Knowledge of WMS systems is welcome Motivation to work Communication skills WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
