Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 155,000 people worldwide, including 4,000 in Marseilles where its head office is located YOUR ROLE Under the authority of the OPS & ILS Manager, you will provide support and expertise for the development of Intermodal activities for Angola within the CMA CGM Group. Your main mission is to coordinate, lead, pilot, and supervise all activities of the intermodal department locally. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO Intermodal: Dispatch or/ create transport orders and gather delivery orders; Negotiate purchase prices optimizing transport planning in cost and time; Manage organization of trucks / vehicles / rail/ barge, schedules, and/ or fuel purchasing; Follow up operations related to goods transportation up to the customer; Provide Transport Selling Rates; Conduct all needed departmental negotiations with the involved service providers at the country; Access performance from service providers and report inconsistencies if any; WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR Bachelor in transport, logistics, international trade, or equivalent qualification Experience in the maritime industry is a plus Software / IT Application Strong skills in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas. Not afraid of changes, flexible and adaptable. Ability to work in an international environment including travelling abroad on assignments. Proven negotiation and conflict-management skills.
